The homeowners wanted to update their modern Minneapolis home while moving away from its existing stucco exterior. The vertical siding was a natural fit for the home’s tall elevations and modern architecture, creating clean lines and a fresh, contemporary appearance. New Arctic White soffit and fascia were incorporated to carry the color throughout the exterior and create a seamless finished design

The renovation extended beyond the siding. Marvin Ultimate windows were installed throughout the home, replacing the existing windows and adding striking dark accents against the Arctic White exterior. The windows complement the vertical siding while helping reinforce the home’s modern aesthetic.
