In addition to the new siding, we trimmed the windows with Arctic White James Hardie trim. We usually use James Hardie 4″ trim on the windows and doors and 6″ trim on the corners. This added a crisp and clean look to the windows and highlighted their shape and size. The Arctic White trim also complemented the new James Hardie soffit and fascia, making this home’s exterior look cohesive and complete. James Hardie soffit and fascia looks so much cleaner and more complete than the traditional aluminum soffit and fascia.
Finally, we painted the white brick a complementary neutral color. This added depth and interest to the brick, making it a feature rather than an afterthought. With the current technology that they are using with coatings, brick holds paint much better than it used to. A neutral color will also give your home a timeless and classic look that will stand the test of time.
