Project Goal
The homeowners in Eagan, MN wanted to completely refresh their exterior. Their cedar siding had reached the end of its life, and the light-colored brick on the front elevation felt dated. Drafty windows were also a concern, both for comfort and efficiency. Their goal was to create a home that combined modern design with durable, low-maintenance products that could truly stand up to Minnesota’s climate.
