This Blaine, Minnesota rambler went from bland with standard cookie cutter features to the look, feel and appearance of a custom craftsman new build. With this project, we first consulted with the client and decided to tear off the boring faded vinyl siding.
From there, our Minneapolis siding company embarked on a major upgrade from top to bottom of this home. This particular project is the perfect example of mixing it up and utilizing new and distinct textures. Quality James HardiePlank siding in the color Timberbark was installed, along with complementary individual shakes in the color Cobblestone. Further, we installed finishing features of upgrading the soffit, fascia and trim – all done in a neutral but crisp Khaki Brown color.
The highlight of this major renovation and façade-lift is the custom shutters, which undoubtedly completes the home’s appearance. After this transformation, passersby will think this is a brand-new build. The homeowner fully agrees with us that the house is now the highlight of this Blaine neighborhood.
