This classic Minneapolis home had a great structure to begin with, but we worked in collaboration with the homeowners to honor the house’s original roots and keep the timeless feel and appearance.
The home’s façade shown in the before picture left much to be desired. We worked to elevate the homey and welcoming feel by installing brand-new Hardie shutters on the many windows of the property. In keeping with the traditional appearance of this home, we replaced the façade with a textural mix of both James HardiePlank siding in Light Mist, along with detailing many areas of the exterior with shakes, also in the color Light Mist.
Our Minnesota siding experts completed this home’s refresher by installing our favorite Hardie trim in the ever-popular, classic and timeless color of Arctic White. This home continues to shine with its traditional presence, but it can now stand the test of time and Minnesota weather, thanks to our exterior experts.
