Located on scenic Weaver Lake in Maple Grove, this home had a prime setting but lacked exterior appeal. The white vinyl siding and dated brick accents felt tired, leaving the home underwhelming compared to its beautiful location. The homeowners wanted a bold, modern look that maximized lake views while providing durability and efficiency. They partnered with Craftsman’s Choice, Maple Grove’s trusted James Hardie siding contractor, for a complete exterior remodel.
The transformation began with James Hardie fiber cement siding in a sleek black finish. Paired with matching trim, the siding gave the home a striking, modern style. To complement this bold look, we added a full wall of cultured stone on the rear elevation, creating texture and warmth while adding a dramatic focal point from the lakefront.
