Eden Prairie Minnesota James Hardie Lap & Shake Aged Pewter Siding

Before After

James Hardie Aged PewterThis Eden Prairie MN James Hardie project was quite the exterior transformation.  The white vinyl siding on this home in Eden Prairie, MN, was showing its wear and tear from the beating Minnesota weather can dish out. We worked with the homeowner to give this home a fresh start, giving it the immense façade lift it was desperately in need of. We changed up the color, still keeping it neutral and timeless, to the tried, true and weather-tested James HardiePlank siding in one of our favorite colors, Aged Pewter.

We urged the homeowners to play with texture to bring this home more curb appeal by adding details of shakes in the same Aged Pewter. We finished off this transformation by adding trim in the color Arctic White, along with adding gable details at the pitches of the roof.  Adding a detail to the top of the gable that comes off of the wall a bit, helps to break up larger spaces to give an added dimension of texture and detail.  By using James Hardie Siding products instead of vinyl or wood, you are able to keep with the low maintenance, high quality, properties that the rest of your exterior provides.

In addition to the siding, we added some cultured stone to add some definition and additional texture to the project.  The stone was a 50/50 mix of Environmental Stoneworks, Fon Du Lac Country Squire and Chilton Country Squire.  By removing the flat brick and adding the stone, we were able to accent the Aged Pewter James Hardie siding and trim.

This Eden Prairie MN James Hardie exterior remodeling project started out very dull and dreary and in major need of our Minnesota siding experts. Now, it features clean lines, crisp accents and an overall welcoming appearance.
