The original stucco on the front façade appeared tired, but once our Craftsman’s Choice crew began the removal process, we uncovered significant hidden damage. Water infiltration had caused deterioration behind the stucco — an issue that would have only worsened if left untreated. Our team made the necessary repairs to restore a solid, weather-tight foundation before moving forward with the new exterior.
The sides and back of the home told another story. There, faded and weathered vinyl siding had endured years of Minnesota’s sun, snow, and storms. The discolored panels offered little curb appeal and even less protection. Replacing them with James Hardie fiber cement siding in Aged Pewter provided a fresh, timeless look backed by unmatched durability. This neutral gray tone complements nearly any home style and ensures lasting beauty without the fading issues common to vinyl.
To elevate the curb appeal even further, our team installed custom cedar gable brackets on the front of the home. These handcrafted details brought warmth and character, contrasting beautifully against the sleek Aged Pewter siding. The natural wood brackets added architectural interest while highlighting the home’s peaks, giving the exterior a unique, welcoming touch.
