The client wanted to replace the palladian-style windows with more a more contemporary silhouette. The new windows set the modern tone of the renovation.
The Craftsman’s Choice team next turned their attention to removing the tired cedar siding. James Hardie lap siding in Rich Espresso was installed on the entire body of the home. James Hardie trim in Rich Espresso was used on the corners for a seamless, contemporary look. Rich Espresso is a modern, deep neutral that grounds the home nicely. To complete the project, James Hardie trim in Navajo Beige was used to define the windows and doors. The result was a winning upgrade of style and substance for these Chanhassen homeowners.
