This home located in Woodbury, Minnesota, featured gorgeous and welcoming landscaping but severely lacked in other areas, including the home’s original design features. The aging stucco was in a boring beige color, and it featured accents of home design straight from the 1990s.
We stepped in to make this house look 30 years newer, and the home now resembles nothing of its former self. Instead opting for a bolder, timeless color of Evening Blue in the durable James HardiePlank siding, the owners feel their home finally matches its stunning surroundings. We weren’t afraid to play with texture, either.
To make this project much more eye-catching, we installed complementary board and batten on areas of the exterior, also in the color Evening Blue. To finalize the look and complete this necessary transformation, we installed James Hardie sturdy and low-maintenance trim to frame the house in the color Khaki Brown. The homeowners were thrilled with the refresh of their property.
