When you call our office for an estimate, a project consultant schedules a meeting at your home. They perform a site analysis, gather information, and discuss design aspects with you. They also provide product literature and references.
2. Estimate with Menu Style Pricing
After collecting details, your consultant prepares an estimate using menu style pricing. You can see the cost of each part of the project and choose based on your budget and goals.
3. Finalizing the Contract and Reviewing Expectations
Once the proposal is approved, we move forward with a contract that includes all project details. You then meet with your project manager to review expectations before construction begins.
4. Construction and Typical Timelines
Siding jobs: 2 to 3 weeks
Roofing projects: 1 to 2 days
Window replacement: up to 1 week depending on size
5. Final Warranties Issued
At the end of the project, we issue warranties specific to your installation.
