This 1920’s era home in Minneapolis was a particularly fun and challenging project. Our client’s vision was to return this home back as close as possible to the original version without breaking the bank. They wanted to open up the porch again, replace all the windows and reside using siding products that would be as aesthetically accurate as possible while keeping it very low maintenance.

We used James Hardie siding 4 inch exposure smooth in Heatheredmoss and NT3 trim with aluminum vented soffit and fascia. For the gables we installed James Hardie Heritage straight edge shake in the colorplus Mountain sage.  We installed Richlin-Energy star rated vinyl windows.
