We will visit your property for an on-site evaluation. During this evaluation, we will take measurements and determine what material is best for your needs. We won’t automatically put the same window you have back into the home. Instead, we will talk to you about your goals and help you choose a material and style that best suits your home and needs.

Along with helping you choose the right type of window, we can also make suggestions to improve functionality. For example, do you hate the bar in your line of sight when looking out your kitchen window? If so, our team may recommend an awning window, which will eliminate this issue. Regardless of what you are looking for, we can help you find the right type of window to suit your preferences.

The second step involves coming back to your home or property to provide our estimate. We don’t provide a single price for the entire project. Instead, we present you with the prices for the window options we have discussed. This helps ensure you get the windows that meet your goals and budget. This “ala cart style” of pricing makes it possible for you to get exactly what you want – no questions asked.

Once you have signed the contract and made the important decisions, our team will then order your windows. Keep in mind that this happens after our “window guru” comes out and double-checks the measurements (this ensures no issues occur). Usually, we can have your windows in-stock and ready to install within six to eight weeks.

The Window Installation Process

For the actual installation of your new windows, it will typically take two to three days.

Keep in mind that some factors will impact how long the project takes. For example, are we just replacing the “inner” parts of the window, or do you need the entire frame and structure of the window installed? While replacing the insert is quick and easy, if the entire structure is not replaced, it can lead to additional issues down the road, especially if there was damage, rot, or other issues present.

If we provide you with a full-frame replacement, it may take slightly longer to complete the project. Our team will be completely transparent with the time frame, so you know what to expect.

Once the window is in place, we coordinate any staining or painting necessary to complete the project. We take care of all this for your convenience.
